Dear Supporter of the Arts;
I am hoping you can join us on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the Navy Bistro Courtyard at The Docks for our Fundraiser. We are hosting a Wine Tasting event with Hors d’oeuvres and a Silent Auction as well The time will be from 6:00PM - 8:30PM.
Our community theatre group has been granted the rights to do “Peter Pan the Musical” in November, and we are in need of additional financial support to fly Peter Pan into Oregon! This is a big show for us and expenses are higher than usual.
Your purchase of a ticket is a big contribution to our efforts and the Silent Auction is another fun way for us to raise money. Our organization is a 501c4 non-profit group so your contribution is tax deductible.
Please attend this event to support the arts in our community. If you are not able to make it but could send a contribution, we would be most appreciative.
You may send in the bottom half of this flyer with your money and we will be sure to send your tickets. Our address is listed above.
