Treasurer:

2 Year Term (2023-2025)

The Treasurer shall collect all monies due to OCT, pay all bills approved by the Board, and keep an account of all receipts and expenditures. The Treasurer shall maintain bank account(s) in the name of OCT and shall provide a report at each Board, Election, and Annual meeting, and shall prepare and present a financial report for the fiscal year at the Annual Meeting. In addition, The Treasurer shall serve as chair of the Finance Committee responsible for submitting and maintaining the organization and production budgets. The Treasurer will be fourth in line of succession in the event of vacancy of the President.

Board Member General Duties and Responsibilities

Election/appointment to the Board and remaining in good standing will be subject to following requirements.

All elected officers will be limited to six consecutive years served in the same position. Time spent filling a vacant office will not count toward calculation of term limits.

Community Members are eligible to be appointed six consecutive years. Community members who wish to continue to serve on the Board beyond this time are encouraged to run for office.

After meeting the term limit, a member is eligible to be voted into a different office immediately or may run for the same office after one term.
